TrustFord Coleraine Car & Transit Centre used cars in Coleraine

Fantastic experience at Ford Coleraine from start to finish. I recently bought my Focus ST-Line X here and I’m extremely happy with both the car and the service I received. The staff were all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the process, making everything straightforward and stress-free. It was also a nice touch being offered coffee while I was there, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and professional. Highly recommended dealership with excellent customer service.

While I did not buy the car I was interested in due to some personal circumstances preventing me from travelling, service I received from Stephen at the branch was absolutely fantastic. No pressure sales tactic, he answered all my questions above and beyond in long and detailed personal video tour of the car. I would 100% trust this dealer with my money thanks to Stephen's attitude, thank you again for your time and sorry I couldn't make it!

Had the best experience buying my car from trustford Coleraine , thanks to Rob the mechanic who suggested the car and all the help from Mark the salesman who made the process so easy and was so professional… it was a great experience , thank you

Booked my car in to be fixed, girl who booked it in was lovely and very helpful. Car was in to get "fixed" I explained the issues to the person on the day when dropping it in to be fixed. Told them my MOT was due on the following Saturday. Collected my car and told everything was sorted. Charged me £97.00 for it not to be fixed, rang them as soon as I got home and was told someone would ring me back, never did! Rang 2 days later (closed on weekends) took a few calls to actually get through and apparently no appointments left until 2 weeks after my mot. All i got from the person on the phone was change my MOT date which would have meant 2 months driving without mot and i need the car as i have children. Customer service is shocking no communication and trying to get through to someone on the phone is shocking. Thankfully another ford garage is able to take it in before my mot. Won't be back in a hurry!

Still waiting for my van to be delivered, but wana say big thanks to Kelly, which took me through everything proffesionally and helped me a long the way. Happy costumer
