I was in to renew my mobility car and Ashley went above and beyond for me to help me to find the car that suited me best. I am well happy with the car, colour and the speed it came too. I can’t recommend him enough.

We had an exceptional experience from beginning to end with Linda’s from TrustFord Craigavon. Professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment to helping us were evident throughout the entire process. She was not only kind and welcoming but also remarkably knowledgeable, ensuring that every detail was clearly explained and that we felt fully supported at each stage. Linda played an instrumental role in securing the deal. Her thoughtful approach, free of any pressure or sales tactics, allowed us to make an informed and confident decision. She even took the extra step of accompanying us in our new car so we could become properly acquainted with it before driving on our own, which we found incredibly considerate. Once we finalised our choice, Linda made the administrative process feel effortless. She guided us through all of the paperwork with clarity and efficiency and kept us consistently updated on the order and its progress. Her dedication made what can often be a stressful experience remarkably smooth and completely stress-free. This is true, Linda transformed the entire process into a flawless and enjoyable experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise were central to making this purchase not only possible but genuinely memorable. When we decided in future to change our car, Linda, and TrustFord from Craigavon will be our very first call. Trust me, it’s a rarity in these days, I had been to other very well established dealership before going to ford. The salesman was rude, disinterested and late for appointment. Mind blowing he allowed a very large expense deal walk out the door. Their lost was trust ford gain.

My recent experience of buying a car at TrustFord Craigavon was first class. I received a very courteous and professional service on my visits from both Robert and Ashley. They were very helpful, and gave me all the information I needed to choose my car. The whole process went smoothly, and I’m very pleased with my new purchase. I would definitely recommend TrustFord Craigavon and all the sales team.

Dont normally do trust pilots, however... my company decided to buy me a new van. Id looked at every option more than once and talked to a few salesmen more than once. Now, Conor for Trust Ford in Craigavon isnt just your everyday salesmen, he knows everything about what hes selling and he actually seems to enjoy knowing so much. Going through all my questions and research into whats the best option to suit what ill be using the van for on a day to day basis. Conor sourced the van i wanted, in the colour and spec i chose. Ive now had the van for almost a week and i can honestly say, everything Conor told me about the van has been 100 per cent correct. Im absolutely over the moon. Its a pleasure to drive, its super comfortable and its stunning to look at. Conor ran through everything on hand over day and it felt like i knew the van inside out before id driven it. Trust Ford trust Conor and trust me !
