TrustFord Lisburn did great! Test drive was arranged easily and plenty of time allowed to try out the car. Nathan was very helpful and made sure everything was explained to us in a very polite, friendly and un-pushy manner. New car was made ready on agreed collection date, nicely cleaned and prepared and fully charged. Tip for any new customers; once purchase is agreed, get the TrustFord bank details ahead of time, don't expect to complete payment at time of delivery unless you are very familiar and well set up to do the Open Banking transaction.

Very good experience with Nathan. Lease prices as good as online. Excellent customer care. He even arranged complimentary insurance as there was a 2/3 day cross over with my other vehicle. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Thomas Whan the sales person on the phone to check availability of a car. Was told it was available but someone was coming to look. I offered a deposit to secure before anyone could get there. Paid a £250 deposit and was told the car was mine, his words as recorded on my phone call recorder. Set up finance and signed agreement. Got a call from Thomas expecting a collection date. Not quite. Was told the other person had already paid a deposit "at the same time i was on the phone". However, I was told someone was coming to look....not someone was on the phone paying deposit. Only offered " I'm sorry" asked for manager, same "I'm sorry". I had to prompt them to offer an alternative or silence on phone. 24 hours passed without word. Only when I chased was I told the manager was looking on auction sites for an alternative.... auction sites? I could have a deposit refund while they looked. So i'd have to wait weeks for a replacement to be bought and prepared. Deposit left my account immediately but Thomas only "passed it to accounts department" for refund. Left me with a hard check on my credit report for nothing. "Trust Ford" is not an appropriate name. Breach of contract at best, fraud at worst. Stay away.
