Do not let them wash your car. My car was nice and clean, but I got it back with water makers all over it. I'm not sure why they saw the need to wash the car, as it was clear than what I got it back. Helpful staff got me booked quickly. I told them they had the car for the day and they would call when it was done. As the end of the day was coming and they hadn't called, I called them. I was told the car wasn't done,but to call up at 5.15 pm and hopefully, it will be finished. Got up there and lucky enough, it was there for pickup. Sadly I have to go back as not all the work was finished off and also needs additional work done.

Absolutely do not trust the service department, tell you and agree one thing ten don’t honour it Avoid at all costs

Our seatbelt was broken and we called in with Ford without an appointment. Since seatbelts are such a priority they took the car right away and had it sorted in 5 minutes. We enjoyed some free hot chocolates in the waiting area. Great service! Highly recommended.

If you care about your car do not go anywhere near this place. Left my car into for a standard oil change and inspection. When I went to collect it. the front of the car was wet ( I had requested it not be washed by them) and the rear was absolutely stinking dirty. When I queried this, was told that front was wet because of washer jet tests but they could not provide an explanation as to why the rear and the bumper in particular was so dirty when the car was clean when left with them. Got home and went to clean the rear bumper only to find it scratched to bits. Phoned straight away and was told a manager would ring me back and they didn't bother. Also emailed with no response either. On top of that the car wasn't ready at the time they said it would be which meant I had to cancel an important meeting. Far and away the worst level of service I have ever received. Having since spoke to other people within the car community, terrible service at Trust Ford Knockmore is par for the course, and others have had similar issues with their cars being damaged when left for routine servicing or repairs. Have also emailed the customer experience team who manage and respond to these reviews they were no help either and told me to contact the local service centre even though they are aware they will not take my calls, call me back or respond to emails.
