I bought my boy a Vauxhall Astra to get him started on his driving journey. I booked it in with Donnelly Vauxhall in Dungannon to carry out a full assessment of the vehicle so we knew where we were with the car. They where very professional. Carried out a comprehensive check complete with video sent to me so I could see for myself. The car was in good condition except for a replacement backbox which was required for the exhaust system. They sourced the replacement part quickly and hassle free and fitted it to the vehicle. The car has not missed a beat since and I have confidence that my boy is safe as it was checked over by vauxhall brand trained professionals. Worth every penny to get that level of expertise. The showroom was warm and comfortable. The staff where friendly and the coffee wasn't bad either. Full marks for Donnelly Vauxhall Dunagannon. We went to look at a car at the motorstore. We met Marty who showed us the car in question took us for a test drive. After coming back realised the car was a bit to small, so Marty looked up to see what else he had which was a bit bigger. A Kuga was on site and he took us out for a drive in it. This car suited us very well. We agreed to buy the car there and then. Marty was excellent to deal with although not long in the job and kept us up to date with the car when it would be ready. It was ready a day earlier than expected. This young man is a huge asset to Donnellys and hope he goes on to success within. Thanks Marty for your help, patience and communication with us. Fast, helpful, kind. All I expect from a service. When I arrived, first boy navigated me to the reception, they found my booking in seconds, drove my car to the service point. When they finished, brought my car back right to me. I can just recommend them.

Really frustrated. Called at Vauxhall today as Donnelly's had a fantastic Electric car deal on in May. Drove in stood about waiting, went over to the Vauxhall, took a few pics looked inside- still no-one came over. Went into the showroom, stood about - lots of staff there but no-one came over. Went over to the car looked at the brochure / vehicle info doc - still no-one came over. In the end I was just got fed up & left. An absolute wasted journey and genuinely sorry I bothered. Its mad how these companies are on TikTok promoting offers and wanting to sell you everything - but appear in person and no-one wants to know. My car literally failed MOT this morning so I was really keen to get something sorted ASAP. Take your business elsewhere - starting with Shelbourne Motors.
