Vauxhall Wilson's of Rathkenny used cars in Ballymena

Left my golf buggy in for a service this week, all completed to my satisfaction. Pleasent young lady was there to assist all from booking in to collection. Would highly recommend.

Got a letter for a recall of my car due to an airbag issue. Making the phone call to book it was a hassle. The lady who answered palmed me of with a wee will ring you back. Never happened. Eventually got booked in during my work day arrived to the building to 2 people at computers, one sat on her phone and blanked me. The other fella didn't look at me at all until I spoke up. Handed my key over and was told they will deal with it after there break, back on to his computer. I had no idea were to go so wandered back to were my car was parked, it was away in to get fixed. So I stood and seen where it was being fixed. I stood and waited on my phone as you do and after a period of time my car reversed out of its parking bay and the lad driving it spun the wheels and disappeared around to the other side of the building. Now I wanted to mad at them for that but I've my boss ringing me to see were I am as it was during work hours so under pressure I had to just go get my keys from the monotone guy at his computer who again wasn't to fussed on my existence, got my key and had to rush out of there to get back to work. Horrible place, horrible customer service and horrible experience.
