Vogue Group used cars in Londonderry

Fantastic site, fairly new to it! And I entered a freebie for £250! I only went and won it! Money was in my bank the very next day! Shocked was an understatement. Fantastic site ❤️

Bought a meecedes a class here. I've had nothing but bother. Car over heated, rims are cheap ans tyres don't even fit the rims. Had to replace a seat belt also as sensor went. I'm sorry I didn't bring a mechanic. Lesson learned. Car also over priced by 3 k. Do not recommend and stay well away.

I have recently purchased two vehicles through Blaine and the team at Vogue, From start to finish the process was amazing. Everything went smooth and stress free as it should when buying a new car. The customer service you receive from the team is a 10/10. I had requested certain specs on my car and Blaine was able to provide with out any second questions! I would say Vogue car sales is one of the best if not the best Car dealers in the north. Thanks again to the staff and I will be down to order my third car soon.

Shabby customer service! Great at selling dodgey cars but very poor after care service. Not to be trusted. Money is hard earned but these boys take you and your money for granted. Sold my partner a car that shouldn’t have been on the road. Had to take it to an independent mechanic to get fixed and then return to Vogue for inspection…..and then no communication all day to find they shut shop ?? But a blunt email and few mins later to say car was ready?? Sun was splitting the sky that day , so can only imagine what really happened. Said car was grand when we lifted it, but we had to wait 6 hours to be told that? Their phone was off the hook all day, closed sign on door, and they were off to the beach - who are they kidding? Can’t find anywhere on their website to give feedback or their Facebook for that matter, although they’ve got great reviews ?? Wonder who wrote them? My guess is they took it in turns for a few days….the madness of it all, but in all seriousness, if looking for a car, go somewhere else- avoid Vogue! If I could give 0 stars, I’d have of course picked that one!

Brilliant service from Blaine & team. They couldn't of been more accommodating. I asked Blaine to source me a car, and he sourced the exact one I had pictured in my head. Couldn't be happier. Blaine was also more than excellent when it came to questions or additional help with paperwork etc. Would highly recommend!!!
