Walter Young Servicing and Used Cars used cars in Ballymena

Bought my car from here about a month ago and have nothing but fantastic things to say ! From start to finish the process was made so easy by mark and Ross who were so welcoming. Any queries I had when emailed to the team were answered within the same day . Easy to talk to team, I felt very confident and comfortable to ask questions and didn’t feel under pressure at any point during the whole process ! Couldn’t fault them in anyway and would highly recommend to anyone. Not to mention when I collected my car any marks blemishes etc were gone and the car was spotless !!! Would definitely buy a car from them again without hesitation!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with these mechanics. Paid a lot to prep for MOT and it failed. They then charged me more to fix what they hadn't prepped before. Still months later I'm having the fallout from their shoddy work. Bad alignment has cost me four new tyres in the space of a couple of months and made the car unsafe for my kids and myself. Would never recommend.

I can't rate these guys high enough. Easy to talk to sales staff no pressure. Most of all is the after sales service. Any issues you have will be addressed promptly with the emphasis being fully on customers experience and convenience. The maintenance centre staff are equally professional with the technical skills to match. An honest dealership. Long may it continue Thanks guys.

Just got 4 new tyres fitted and a few other bits - Mark was brilliant, took the car in right away and got it back within a few hours. He really went above and beyond and we are grateful!

Bought a VW Tiguan from Walter Young. Ross the salesman was very helpful and provided a first class service. Would highly recommend Walter Young for your next car. Unfortunately there was some issues with the car and had to be returned to rectify. Ross, Mark, Alister and the team went above and beyond to help. An absolutely first class service. I can not recommend Walter Young highly enough.
