We Buy Any Car used cars in Ballymena

Staff very pleasant, no issue there. Unfortunately the price they quote is polar opposites from what's offered. OK if you want a quick sale, but it would be a better idea, to try selling privately if you have time to wait.

Rowan provided an excellent service. The booking process was simple, the appointment was quick and straightforward, and a fair price was offered. The quotation recieved on the website is based on a set of clear assumptions, which you can change but it is simpler to start at "perfect" and let them decide on the day what is wrong/unacceptable. My quotation was reduced by 30% which I expected. It was still more than all the scrap yard quotes. I paid an extra £20 to receive payment within 24hrs, which was a great option. I really recommend WBAC if you want a very quick sale with no hassle.

Sold my Range Rover svr to we buy any car Ballymena, had a great guy called David who assisted me, thoroughly checked my car and said that it was in almost perfect condition, got very close to what they offered so happy enough with the outcome. David was such a nice guy, he was pleasant, informative of explained how they price the vehicles and gave me the best price they could offer. Was no hassle and money in the bank the next day. Would definitely use again and can highly recommend David to chat to.

-5 stars. AVOID. Took my car in, accepted price. Few days later my car was sent to England awaiting auction I assume. Day of money transfer arrived only for no money to arrive in my account, contacted webuyanycar and they informed me a problem arised. Stated car had a fault, asked to explain further and they responded major engine fault. No further explanation other than we will give you £3k less. Declined and asked for car to be returned! Even though car had a ?major fault it didn’t stop wee buy and car driving it to the ballymena site from Ballyclare, with that major engine issue. I attended we buy any car on a daily basis to retrieve my car, each day no car. Seventh day I wasn’t happy to say the least and staff contact there area manager, his advice was “call the police to remove me from site”. Even though I had been promised this day and that day for collection of my car. Police did arrive and couldn’t believe they contacted them for me to be removed from site. Finally got car back after two and a half weeks. Car arrived back with Zero issues identified before leaving site, the employee @Ballymena branch (hadn’t met him before) asked would I like to resell as he noted I had purchased a new car and he himself couldn’t understand what was going on. Declined to say the least. (STAY CLEAR) Car ended up with an additional owner which is still ongoing to rectify. (Hassle no one needs) Poor experience, avoid at all costs. Glad to have my car back, (your loss webuyanycar) will never use again.

Had worried about getting way below the estimate when I went to get my car assessed but Francis was very fair and helpful throughout, pointing out any areas he could do nothing about but assessing it totally honestly. I ended up getting a more than fair price given the inital online estimate so was very happy.
