David bent over backwards to help me out. The experience itself took several hours because vehicle was European import and system was flagging it as Japanese import even after providing proof. We did get there in the end thanks to David stepping up and sticking with it. The price paid ended up being close enough to the online offer. Thank you.

My husband had been talking to Lewis the day before about selling the car and he had said it would probably be worth £500 - that was without seeing it and told us to bring it in. I had also got an estimate from we buy any car online and its estimate was £1160 which expired next day. I made an appointment for the next day and saw Lewis again. He remembered me being in with my husband. He was very pleasant and talked me through the whole process and how the car was valued. He did say that the online valuation couldn't be relied on as the car had to be seen first. I was only offered £375 after the fee was taken out. However I also lost money because I couldnt find the history of the servicing( my own fault). I couldn't fault Lewis . It was more the difference in the guaranteed valuation which in the end wasn't guaranteed and what I got that annoyed me. On the plus side it was a very easy way to get rid of my 15 year old car without any hassle.

Poor service with this company. Gave me an extremely low price for my vehicle that was worth a valuation of approximately £400 when I put it through on the website first, last year just before the holidays. Used cosmetic marking to take over £300 off that price and also used some type of financial jargon and the percentage rates of the 'current market' conditions to validate reducing the valuation of the car, despite me declaring another fault with the car with the gearstick. Will definitely not be using this service again in the future.

Quick efficient service. A bit disappointing that my valuation dropped slightly but was explained this was because the offer was over 4 days and had expired. Dealt with Callum and he was very helpful and great to deal with. Efficient service for a quick sale.

I was assisted by Curtis who was absolutely first class. Everything clear and concise from the call I made to the pleasant meet and greet when I arrived. Talked me through everything, kept everything so simple and straightforward. Got me the most he could which I was delighted with. No messing whatsoever, money received in 15 mins at no extra cost! I only wish I could give more stars. Lovely genuine lad and wish him all the best. Couldn’t recommend more!!
