We Buy Any Car used cars in Newtownabbey

Great experience with WBAC today. High praises for Luke who handled the purchase of my vehicle so professionally, clearly explaining the process at each step. Giving a fair price for my car. I could highly recommend We Buy Any Car Newtownabbey.

Lack of signage to find the place to start with. Thankfully a lady was at hand to direct us. Gave a quote online and completely low balled the offer once there. Complete waste of time. They phoned to confirm appointment on Saturday before the Monday and there was no mention that the online offer and in house quote would be at the opposite end off each other. We wanted to scrap car so we expected some difference but not an insult offer. Could've saved us the journey out by disclosing all this on the call. Overall a terrible experience

Quick and fair, better than trade in. Cut out hassle of tyre kickers

We Buy Any Van – Newtownabbey's Valley Business Centre I recently visited the We Buy Any Van location at Newtownabbey's Valley Business Centre, and my experience was frustrating. There are no visible signs or directions to help locate the premises. I spent 20 minutes searching and even asked other businesses in the area, but they couldn’t provide any assistance as they were unaware of the location too. This lack of clear signage makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers to find the business. I strongly suggest they invest in proper signage and advertising to make their premises easier to locate. It would greatly improve the customer experience. Until then, I recommend calling ahead or getting very detailed directions before visiting.

Easy communication beforehand and very helpful staff member on the day I took my car in. He explained everything thoroughly and was very polite.
