Can I check road traffic at Holywood Exchange before driving to Belfast City Airport?

Yes.

TrafficWatchNI lists an A2 Holywood Exchange camera. It is a useful view of the corridor near the airport and major retail access, distinct from the A2 Tillysburn camera closer to Belfast. If you are collecting someone from George Best Belfast City Airport, check the local A2 approach as well as the airport’s collection rules. The camera helps with traffic conditions; it does not confirm flight arrivals, queue lengths inside the car park or current parking charges.
