Can I leave a trailer in Belfast Eastside Park and Ride while taking a bus?

Nidirect states that trailers are not permitted in DfI-operated car parks.

Eastside at Middlepath Street is one of the three DfI-operated charged Belfast Park and Ride facilities. Do not assume you can occupy two bays with a trailer or unhitch it in the car park while taking the bus. If your journey involves towing, make separate lawful parking arrangements with a facility that explicitly accepts your vehicle combination. This is a site-rule question, not a general permission to use the roadside.
