Can I park at Omagh Crevenagh Road and catch a bus?

Yes.

The official Park and Ride list places Omagh’s bus facility on Crevenagh Road (A505). It is not the same as the Bankmore Road Park and Share meeting point or the smaller Loughmacrory and Creggan Crossroads sites elsewhere in Tyrone. Use the marked parking area and verify the bus you intend to catch serves Crevenagh Road. This is particularly useful to clarify when someone says “Omagh Park and Ride”, because more than one nearby site has a different function.
