Can I reach the seal-viewing area at Cloghy Rocks by car at any time?

It lies on Shore Road near Strangford, but the viewing area is separate from the seals’ resting rocks and visitors are asked not to leave it. Night-time access does not make wildlife viewing safe or advisable in poor visibility, and you should check any local signage on arrival. Keep headlights and vehicle movements from unnecessarily disturbing other visitors or wildlife.
