How can I check congestion at Shaftesbury Square in Belfast before driving there?

Shaftesbury Square appears as a named TrafficWatchNI camera location.

It is a relevant view for journeys involving the Dublin Road and southern city-centre approaches, but it is not the same as a camera for Great Victoria Street or Howard Street. If you are going to a restaurant, office or venue nearby, first identify its actual car park or loading entrance. Traffic at the square can be affected by city-centre works, so check roadworks separately as well as the camera.
