Is Armagh Palace Demesne free to enter after parking?

Yes. Visit Armagh lists general admission to the Palace Demesne public park as free.

Local access and parking details

The landscaped grounds and walking routes are a public park; tours and access to parts of the Palace building are separate arrangements that may require booking or have limited opening.

Before you go

Use the public park entrance on Friary Road and distinguish a grounds visit from an organised Palace tour.
