Local access and parking details
There are two car parks: Car Park 1 is nearer the house and gardens, and Car Park 2 serves trails. Free parking does not mean free entry to the property, and the parking is reserved for people visiting Mount Stewart rather than other stops on the Ards Peninsula.
Before you go
Use the signed A20 public entrance; do not follow satnav directions to the closed back gate.
