DVA advises candidates to keep checking because more slots can be released as resources become available and existing customers cancel or change appointments.
Another centre can provide an earlier date, but do not book somewhere unsuitable just to chase speed. You still need enough practice in varied conditions and a realistic plan for getting yourself and the test vehicle there on time.
DVA continues to offer Saturday tests and Sunday appointments at certain centres. Evening and weekend tests cost more than standard weekday Category B tests.
