Abbey Autos used cars in Glengormley

Colin and his team were fantastic as always! As a returning customer I knew that I could trust Abbey Autos. The staff are all very friendly and informative. 10/10 for service and I’m very happy with my new purchase. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Just bought a Rav 4 from Abbey Autos, a great company to deal with. Special mention to Steven. The car was immaculate. That coupled with the relevant paperwork including cherished number plate retention and transfer made the whole experience a pleasure Would highly recommend them I would have no hesitation in using them again if ever purchasing or trading in another car.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Lyn and Stephen could not have been better. Excellent value and the car has more than exceeded expectations. I couldn’t recommend Abbey Autos highly enough!

Very bad customer service , unprofessionalism, inefficiency with lack of communication between Colin & Stephen . I’m a returning customer of Colin ‘s . Which meant for nothing as it happens. Called on Monday to look at a car . Colin advised he knew nothing about the vehicle , Stephen wasn’t in and as it was such an awful day to come back the next day for a test drive .We said we would be back first thing in the morning . We arrived at 10.15am next morning to be told Stephen already had people looking at the car . They took it for a test drive and bought it . While we were left sitting in our own car waiting for first refusal ! Not how to treat good , loyal customers Colin & Stephen . Best practice to communicate with each other boys ! P.s . Did us a favour . Got a cracker of a car elsewhere . Better deal and treated like royalty .

I bought a Silver Mercedes E class convertible from Stephen 2 weeks ago and just love the Car, Stephen was extremely helpful and the customer service was fantastic.
