AFFORDABLE CARS AND COMMERCIALS used cars in Moneymore

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Bertie sold me a car back in April of 2025, and I only had been driving it for 2 months when the whole engine broke down. Took the car back to the dealership and he agreed under the 3 months of warranty to fix the car. Every single week me and my father were up at his dealership asking when it would be fixed and he would tell us “this Friday” and believe me it was never the day he agreed on. When we would ask for the car back to fix it ourselves he wouldn’t tell us the details of where my car was- he had stolen it. He also was very aggressive with throwing metal parts around his yard, verbally abusing us by coming right up to our faces when we would ask for it back. A year of his bullshit of right now being April 2026, not even a legal letter would scare him. Finally had contacted the police and he finally told them where it was but had “lost” my key, refusing to give it back. With no work done, his mechanic who also told us “we bought from a dodgy dealer” we finally got the location of my car, again with no work done. Also found out he refuses to pay his mechanics so any wonder no work was also done. Please AVOID this dealer at all costs unless you are looking to get scammed too. Mind you I was only 17 when I bought the car, what kind of cruel human being would take advantage of a child.

I would not recommend dealing with this company. After leaving a deposit & agreeing a sale on a van, I was messed about for weeks. Bertie then wouldn't reply to phone calls & when we eventually got talking to him we never got an explanation why the van was no longer available. After weeks of requesting the deposit back we got no response & had to drive a considerable distance to his office to demand the deposit. We eventually got it but he was extremely rude and unapologetic for the hassle. I have never experienced this service before & felt I needed to leave a review to make others aware of the poor service.

Bought a van for £5000. Noticed an oil leak, took it back as under 3 month warranty, the van lay in their yard for 7 weeks, I asked for an update every week none was given, nor did they try to contact me , I lifted the van after the seventh week, no work was carried out on the van. Very disappointed.

Big time scammer i give him a deposit for a van ,wen I said I was gunna get a mechanic to look at it he went mad and told me were to go i wont repeat the language he used he then refused to reply to my texts and when he did answer the phone he kept saying he would ring me back, I eventually got another van as i couldn't b bothered wit the hassle he was causing me ,and now he won't give me deposit back he keeps saying i will get that transferred to u don't think I'm gunna see it .stay away from this excuse of a man

Fraudulent dealership - avoid at all costs. Sold my father a dodgy car that broke down within 24 hours and is now ghosting him and refusing to give a refund. Please avoid avoid AVOID. Rogue dealership selling vehicles. The online reviews speak for themselves.
