The car I bought from here is fantastic. As it should be for a 1 year old vehicle. The service is terrible. It was agreed prior to sale that it would be serviced and in collection I asked what had been done on the service and he replied ‘oil change just’. I was suspicious he was lying about the service having been done due to the answer given and his body language. No service is an ‘oil change just’. Not if done properly, there are other things to check. I asked for the service docket and he said he had to get off the internal system. Four emails and over a month later he sends me the pre inspection report and leaves the company. A liar by the name of Gary Lloyd. I have spent over a month firstly trying to get someone to deal with the issue and then being told the car isn’t due a service. The service was a condition of the sale. At the point of agreement the service was the due. Furthermore I have been told they are not accountable for what Gary Lloyd said when he sold me the car. Fundamentally they are accountable for that. Just because he has left the company does not mean that the contract doesn’t stand. I have provided all emails proving what I say here and been completely batted off. But your car from somewhere that will treat you fairly, give you some form of after sales care and keep their word.
