I cannot recommend Burn Road Trade Sales highly enough, especially Stafford. From the very first enquiry, the service was exceptional. I contacted him while he was actually on holiday, yet he still took the time to get back to me. That immediately showed the level of care and professionalism he gives his customers. When I went to view the car, there was absolutely no pressure. Stafford was honest, friendly and an absolute gentleman. He answered all my questions, made sure I was happy with everything, and the Audi A3 Cabriolet was exactly as described. It is absolutely beautiful and drives like a dream. The little touches meant so much too. He left me a lovely note with £20, gave me half a tank of diesel, and even said that although the warranty is three months, if I had any issues after four months, he would still help me. That kind of customer service is very rare these days and shows he genuinely cares about the people he sells cars to. Buying a car can be stressful, but Stafford made it a really enjoyable experience. I drove away feeling valued as a customer and absolutely delighted with my new car. After shopping around looking for a car I came across Burn Road Trade Sales and very glad I did. Stafford is great. He give me all the time I needed to look car over and take it for a test drive, he didn't bombard me with the usual car sales jargon. There were a few minor issues with car I was interested in but they were sorted very quickly. Stafford is a genuine guy and I would have no hesitation in buying from him again.
