Brilliant experience with these guys, couldn’t have asked for better. Conor was extremely helpful and straightforward throughout the buying process and very fair on price. He was quick to provide all of the required docs for importing and registering the car in the south. Would highly recommend.
C Russell Auto Sales Ltd were helpful because they were very easy to deal with. They had a great selection of cars to suit different budgets, and the finance process was straightforward with competitive rates.
I had a wonderful experience from C.Russell. I traded my car and bought another car from them. C Russell offered a higher value for my car compared to many other dealerships, and everything was very hassle-free. Even after purchase, I had a minor issue with the car; they sorted the issue instantly without any hassle. I really appreciate the way they deal - sales and service team well-trained and so friendly approach 😊.
The experience at C Russell Auto Sales Ltd was fantastic because it was seamless from start to finish, easy to deal with, we worked out a deal for the car, and they even delivered it to my door as I travelled a good distance to the dealership, couldn't fault the process at all and would definitely be back in future.
I got a lovely Merc A200 from Russells in September 2025, I had a little issue with the gear selector 22nd November (a weekend) by the 25th it was all sorted including a courtesy car that was only needed for about 2 hours.....Thomas and the Russell's team were on the ball and it was great service. Very easy to deal with . Cheers lads👍
