Carnet sales recently won a car I’m selling on Motorway following my mum passing away. Four days after their bid won I hadn’t heard from anyone so got their details from motorway and contacted Andrew, I arranged a call from him for that Friday. Friday came and went with no call and I then received an email the following Monday for a call for the next day to organise collection. Every scheduled call didn’t happen, emails take 2-3 days to reply to. Last week every text and email sent was ignored and on Friday Andrew asked for the weekend to organise a driver. Yesterday he wanted yet another day to arrange a driver and then at dinner time informed us he couldn’t arrange one for before Easter so they no longer want the car. We as a family are already going through such a distressing time after losing our mum at a young age and to now be messed around and led along for 3.5 weeks that they’re buying the car from us to now be let down has put even more stress onto us. Motorway couldn’t believe the lack of service we received and were very upset for us. I’m disgusted in the service myself and lack of empathy at such a stressful and upsetting time and the unprofessionalism leading people along and being time wasters!
