Edwin Long Cars used cars in Newtownards

Got our second car from Edwin Long yesterday and have to say the customer service is First class. Nothing was too much trouble and even a slight glitch with payment didn't phase Richard. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Delighted with our car and will def go here first when time to change again 😊

Top quality service Richard went above expectations. Got to see the car at a time that suited me and got everything sorted very fast thankyou so much top quality car. Couldn’t ask for better 👍

Richard is an absolute gentleman. I bought a Subaru Impreza that had an alarm / imobilizer fault. Unfortunately the mechanic couldn't fix it and required further assistance from a Subaru Technical Specialist. I contacted Subaru UK who after hearing my NI accent cut me off and told me they couldn't help. I then called Des Eastwood who told me to replace the battery and if that didnt work to bring it to them and Western Cars didnt return my call. Richard was pleasant and took the time to speak with me, offering me some suggestions which managed to get the car driveable again. Your kindness saved me a small fortune. This review is evidence that not every main dealership wants to get the arm into you and that there are genuine honest people out there that are willing to help without asking for money. Anyone can sell a car its the after care thats important and these guys have that in spades. I am very grateful and can't recommend Richard and his company enough. God Bless You Richard Regards Andy.
