Empire Autos NI used cars in Craigavon

Buying a car from Empire Motors NI was an absolute breeze thanks to Conal and Ben. From the initial test drive right through to collection, it was so refreshing to deal with friendly down to earth guys who let the cars speak for themselves rather than using hard-sell tactics. Conal and Ben’s attention to detail in fulfilling my additional requests was second to none. On collection, the car was spotless inside and out, and smelled absolutely amazing! On top of that, Conal provided a more than generous trade-in price. Top-class service all round — I highly recommend Empire Motors NI to anyone looking for a premium car!

Top-Class Experience at Empire Autos NI!! I recently purchased a car from Empire Autos NI and used my old car as a part exchange. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional and completely stress-free. Conal and Ben were absolutely outstanding to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and straight-talking — no pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and excellent communication throughout. They made the part exchange simple, gave me a fair deal, and handled everything efficiently. The car itself was presented in superb condition, exactly as described, and the handover was seamless. You can tell straight away that customer service and quality matter to them. Dealerships like this are hard to find. Empire Autos NI are building something special — big things are definitely coming from this team, watch this space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I’ll 100% be back when it’s time for the next upgrade.

Conal was more than helpful when I went to look at the bmw m3. He was very informative and helped me through every part of the process of buying the car. And helping me with getting my cherished number plate sorted out. I would like to thank Conal for all his help when buying my car. And will definitely recommend him to others.

I contacted Conal from Empire Autos regarding a new car, although I wasn't sure what car that would be. The work that was put in to get a car that I liked, suited my budget and to have the smaller details taking care of was incredible. Conal and the team at Empire have been brilliant, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I'm very happy with my BMW and will be using Empire Autos again for my future cars, 10/10. 👍
