Ruined my S Max turbo blew after they replaced oil feed pipe I asked the owner (Fergal) he told me to take myself elsewhere once this garage have your money they run do not bother you will lose money… another friend had his car all filters changed and they changed all of them except when we checked the cabin filter wasn’t changed when they said it was!!! Disappointed

Bought a car from here recently, I came all the way from Dublin and Brian was soso helpful! He made sure the car was in perfect condition and even delivered the car for me! Absolutely amazing experience, could not recommend enough:)

So from the first phone call to FB Motors to collecting the car has been nothing but an amazing experience. Brian was very helpful from the first time I spoke to him, he sent me a video and pictures of the car like he said he would and also kept in contact with me throughout the sale and communication throughout was just great. Brian was very obliging when arranging collection due to him being in Ireland and me coming all the way from Leeds,England he made this experience so stress free for me and the customer service was second to none. Firstly my flight landed in Belfast at 6am and Brian was already there at the airport waiting for me despite him having to drive 1 hour 30 mins to the airport. Not many salesman pick you up from the airport at that time! This shows the commitment towards his work and more importantly the fantastic customer he provides for his customers. Furthermore Brian and FB motors arranged everything for me and all I literally had to do was check the car over which was immaculate and in top condition just as he described. He also sorted tax out and taxed the car before I even arrived and if that wasn’t enough he also booked me a ferry so I could return home and to top it off he even left me a full tank of fuel! The car did not have a spare wheel Brian even went out his way to purchase one for me straight away I mean I can’t thank him highly enough he made sure everything was spot on and made it such a hassle free experience! I was blown away when I arrived to collect the car It looked absolutely stunning and in such great condition as described not a single mark on the body or the alloy wheels. Brian told me many times to take my time and look around the car he left me to it which was nice and no pressure, any queries I had he answered straight away We then went to sign the paperwork, this was again very relaxed and enjoyable he explained everything in great details and even did some extra checks on the car to give me peace of mind that he really didn't need to do. FB Motors is a great place selling some nice vehicles which were all on display in their forecourt. Brian happily showed me around them, taking his time to tell me more about each car. This was a great experience on it's own. Brian is genuinely a really nice bloke and a great salesperson. I would highly recommend this company if you are interested in purchasing a car! If I could give this place 10 stars I certainly would have done that! Thanks again Brian I’m one really happy customer and I will certainly be returning when I come to buy my next car and also I will recommend FB Motors to any individual who are looking to buy a used car! I’ve been driving the car for around 6 months and have no issues with the car whatsoever! I have been complemented several times about how clean and new my car looks and this is all thanks to FB Motors and Brian! Keep up the good work and I’ll see you again when I make my next purchase which won’t be long!! Thanks again for picking me up from the airport and making this the best experience I ever had buying a car!
