Searching for daughter's first car and she was quite firm about what she wanted :). Saw the car on the internet and went to check it out first and was able to examine and test drive the car with pleasant and easy going welcome from Richard the mechanic. I went back the next day with daughter and met the owner Frank, a pleasant, friendly and honest man. The car was perfect for her and it was a hassle free experience to do a deal to purchase it there and then. So I could recommend you check them out if they have the car for you.

Never left a review in my life but this place is dodgy and have annoyed me. Bought a first car for my daughter on a Saturday morning, paid a £695 deposit and said I'd pick it up the next Saturday morning as was going on holiday. Was in touch by text over the week confirming collection. Picked up it not washed or enough fuel to get home to Greenisland so cost me £30 to fuel it and stop at the car wash on my way home to be clean to give to my daughter. Was told it wasn't clean because 'the birds come out alot during the good weather and somebody was off'. When I put the deposit down one of the heater controls was broke and was told it would be fixed and its no problem. Wasn't fixed on collection and told part was on back order with Fiat which was fair enough. Call me when its in. Got a call one Friday and I said I can throw it up in the morning, could't do it that quick so I asked to ring me back when it could be fitted.....any Saturday, never heard. I text to ask for the part to be posted and was answered 'yes' as I'd get ny own mechanic to fit it because there was no point waiting for these guys fit in, I'm 10 weeks down the line here. Part never posted and no contact from seller. Now before I get a full spoof as a reply I have a log of the text messages and pictures of the car when it was collected. There's a few bad reviews for this company and I did read them before I went up but wanted the car. Car is fine but this place gave me the creeps and customer service is crap, it's non existent, if something major was to go wrong under their 3 month warranty there's no way it would be fixed properly. Just beware. I've give up on heater controls being fixed as promised, I'll sort it myself. Worst experience buying a car, I'm in my 40's so have bought a few from dealers. All they had to do was make it presentable on collection by giving it a quick wash and replace broken heater controls which I was told would be done, in writing, and on the day of purchase.

Great value and outstanding service. The car was perfectly clean, and free delivery to my local address was a huge bonus. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend FC Motors.
