I’ve been using Bradley and team for service and repairs since he started. They provide a friendly and efficient service. Recently had my van in with him due to a turbo issue. This was a major job to carryout which they completed extremely well. I might add I’d previously had the van in with VW Agnews who failed to fix the issue.
I nipped in here today after getting new tyres on my car to get my car washed as I had someone coming to view my car to potentially buy it. Spoke to a guy in the workshop who told me to go wait over by the carwash section. I sat and waited in my car for a good 10-15 minutes and not one person came over! I ended up having to drive out. Absolutely appalling service and this seals the deal, I won’t be going here for anything car related! Not impressed and do not recommend!
Called to get air conditioning gas for van. Excellent service from very friendly staff and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend

Stay clear you have been warned. Were do i start i purchased a 2020 custom off bradley for £14k broke down after 4k miles with an engine problem off the road for 58 days no courtesy vehicle offered no recovery offered. 2nd engine problem which of having the van for 1 year turbo went which starved the engine from getting oil engine blew and of course (MY FAULT) new engine cost me £10k with ford spoke to bradley with a compromise with the bill woulndt help at all also the mileage on the van wasnt as it said on the advert an extra 5k. Ive had to keep topping up the coolant due to a hole in the radiator. Disgraceful treatment from bradley sells absolute garbage. DO NOT USE!!!
