J Hair Motors used cars in Bangor

Jonny was absolutely brilliant to deal with, really friendly, personable and more than willing to answer any questions we had, even if it meant having to do some research on our behalf. There were a few issues with the car after we bought it but Jonny went to every length to put things right, and I'm certain at great cost to himself and he didn't even bat an eye to make sure the car was fixed at any expense. It's his own business, which he's very hands on with, so it can take him some time to address any issues, but if you can be patient and give him time, he will absolutely get it sorted. Thank you Jonny for pairing us with such an amazing car, we are so happy with the car and also how helpful you have been.

We bought our 9 seater Ford Tourneo and the whole experience was great from start to finish. They had two vehicles available and took real time to help us figure out which one actually suited what we needed, no pushing, just honest and helpful advice all the way through. A few days after collection we did run into a small issue with the van, nothing to do with anyone on the sales side, just one of those things. What really stood out was Johnnie. It was a Sunday bank holiday and we needed the van sorted for a holiday we had booked. He got us a brand new part and had us back on the road without any fuss at all. That’s the sort of thing that tells you a lot about a business. Anyone can be great when everything goes smoothly, it’s when something crops up that you see what people are really like, and Johnnie could not have handled it better. If you’re looking for a 9 seater and want people who will actually look after you afterwards too, this is where to go.

Brilliant dealing with Jonny, he couldn't do enough to make the process so easy for my 17 year old buying her first car. Would definitely recommend. We had some questions after the sale and he was quick to respond and was so helpful. Thank you Jonny.

Thanks to all at J Hair Motors for their fantastic service when I bought my dream Car, a Peugeot RCZ. The car was immaculately prepared and detailed. All of the specifications were as described with all the paperwork present at inspection. The sale was swift and efficient and thanks to Johnny for making sure I got a great deal. He is a man of his word and I would highly recommend J Hair Motors if you are considering buying a car in the North of Ireland, great value and service. The fully comprehensive 6 months guarantee give me real peace of mind. I imported the car to Southern Ireland and all the paperwork was in order making re registration a simple process. Keep up the good work guys and all the best for your future business.

Bought a Volvo C70 almost a year ago to the day. Told Johnny I’d leave a review but I wanted to see how the car faired first. Car has been dead on. Unfortunately the way it worked out for me I maybe didn’t get the sweetest deal but I was happy enough. Because I live 80 miles away and coming back to him was a bit of a hassle if anything went wrong, Johnny extended my warranty for me which was decent. Within a week the car had entered limp mode so happy days the warranty will sort it. Well no, fault in the car was blocked DPF and the warranty didn’t cover it. So just be careful of the warranty it’s not as good as it seems, it’s the only reason I took a star off him. I would be happy to deal again at J Hair and ever since the DPF fault the car has been faultless.
