Jonny and guys where great. So accommodating and helpful. I was fully reassured that they would stand behind the car if any issues. Jonny sorted for me out of own pocket for my tyres to get put on new car along with TPS. He even arranged for me to use the gym round corner while I waited. Super impressed with JGM. I will hopefully be back to sort car for the GF.
I purchased a very nice Audi TT from JGM. Chris was very helpful and did all that he said would do. I had to leave it in shortly after I bought as the heater was not blowing out warm air and was fixed without any stresses. Lovely car and professional service from JGM. Great experience, from the first meeting with Jonathan I knew I liked him and he was the type of person I wanted to buy a car from, a true gentleman with great business sense. His cars are immaculate condition and takes great pride in anything on his forecourt. The sale was seamless and the customer service amazing. He even met us with the car to us to save us driving a distance to collect. I have recommended to many and would 100% buy a car from Jonathan again.
I recently purchased a Mini Countryman from Jonathan and Chris. I'd been looking for a while and came across one they had advertised, mint condition and low miles. I'm not one for changing my car too often so I'm not that up to speed on all what is required. Jonathan was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, and arrangements flowed very easily from there on. Both guys were very helpful and genuine and I can honestly say the whole experience was straightforward and hassle free, I received my new car in the same week I first looked at it, the turn around was really quick and everything was sorted for me in collection day. I would highly recommend checking out JGM as they provide a great service and are lovely guys.
Bought an Audi A6 from JGM Motors back in November. I hadnt heard of them before and they’re a fair distance from me but really wanted the car so took a chance with them. Jonathan was brilliant to deal with and put me at ease early on. He kept in touch while everything was being sorted and at my request even arranged for some additional work to be completed on the car piror to collection, on handover Jonathan met me partway with the car too which was helpful. It was freshly valeted, taxed, and had a tank of fuel which was a nice touch. There were a couple of issues that developed with the car after I bought it, but to be fair to Jonathan he stood over everything with little hassle. Initially The starter motor needed replaced and without dispute Jonathan arragned for a new genuine VW starter motor to be installed.. no shortcuts.. no second hand parts (was an expensive job, I have the invoice) Not long after another potentially serious fault showed up which we all thought might be the turbo. After initial inspection Jonathan arranged for it to go to a specialist closer to me, delivered it there himself which was a long journey, he even filled the tank again, and of course covered the full repair. It turned out to be an exhaust issue in the end but he sorted it no problem. JGM Motors are well worth dealing with for second hand cars and I would highly recommend them after my recent purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate and likely will go back to Jonathan again when I’m changing cars, some trust and confidence has definitely been built, which can often be difficult to find in the second hand car market. Thanks Jonathan! I absolutely love my new car!
