I recently bought a Nissan GT-R from this company, and I travelled from the south of England to collect it. If it wasn't for how helpful, honest, and transparent Ryan and Jason were throughout the whole process, I wouldn't have had the confidence to make the trip. They even picked me up from the airport in the car I was buying, which was a great touch, and allowed me to take it on an extensive 45-minute test drive with no pressure at all. Since buying the car, it has been absolutely solid on the drive home and ever since. Ryan and Jason are genuinely not pushy salesmen. They gave me plenty of time to think everything through and made sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If I lived closer to the garage, I would happily buy all of my cars from them. Five stars simply isn't enough. Highly recommended!

I bought my car in late 2024 and have been meaning to do a review ever since but never got around to it but I had to do it now to thank JRS for all their help. I bought a 2019 Peugeot 5008 with about 70,000 miles at a great price. Jason helped with the VRT part of it and was more than helpful. 8 months after the car just wouldn't start. I brought it to a local garage and it turns out the timing chain had snapped. These chains were meant to last 150,000 miles. This is a very costly job and I called around trying to figure out what to do. Knowing I only had a 3 month warranty, I thought the car was done, so I thought I'd call JRS and ask their advice. I told them that I expected nothing at all from them, just hoping for a bit of advice and help. Jason asked me where my car was. I told him and he said he'd send someone for it. I live 2 and a half hours away so that in itself was surprising. Then he asked if I needed a car, so within a few days he'd lifted the car and left me a courtesy car. He repaired the car and didn't charge me a penny, even though I'm months out of warranty. I would 100% recommend JRS to anyone. Thanks so much Jason and all the lads.
