Martin Traynor Motors used cars in Dungannon

Excellent experience with Martin Traynor Motors. Martin made the whole process of buying from up North very easy and straightforward. The after-sales service was excellent and his help and communication were top class. I would highly recommend him to anyone in Ireland looking to buy a car from the North.

Called at 5pm on Friday and was interested in a car. We had to put a deposit down, but my partner didn’t like the salesman’s attitude on the phone. We called first thing Monday morning to cancel. Martin immediately hung up on us. When we called back and reminded him we had been told we’d get the deposit back if we changed our minds, he had started using curse words that Google wont allow me to put on here. I calmly explained that people sometimes change their minds — it happens — but he hung up on us again. I called back about 30 minutes later and spoke to another person, who eventually refunded the deposit. Our initial gut feeling was correct — the unprofessional way we were treated showed a complete lack of understanding of basic customer service. We would never purchase from this company.

“Very disappointed with the service. I was promised a 3-month warranty and told my car would be fixed, but every time I contacted them I was told ‘bring it tomorrow’ or ‘ring me next week.’ This went on for months with no proper action. In the end, I had to get the car repaired at a different garage myself. The communication and after-sales service were very poor. I would not recommend this dealership.”

Bought a c class from Gary, process from start to finish was flawless

I purchased a Silver Mercedes GLC back in July. From start to finish the customer service was great. Friendly bunch and car is driving great. Thanks for your help and when it comes to changing again I’ll be definitely back. All the best
