Bought my car from North Down Motors, excellent service from start to finish. Ben, Ian and Bradley all have excellent customer service. Would certainly recommend using them. Love my new car thanks again 🚗 Jane Duckett
Just bought our new Range Rover Sport from North Down Motors and the experience we had was brilliant! Bradley was amazing, very helpful, nothing was a bother to him and he couldn’t do enough for us. He made the whole process easy and stress free from the first minute we went to look at the car to picking it up to take it home! The condition and presentation of the car was excellent! I would definitely recommend buying your car from North Down Motors and if I am changing my car in future I will definitely be returning here!
Bought a Land Rover Discovery sport from North Down Motors. I would highly recommend them. Bradley looked after me and was helpful and understanding. I had a delay in completing as I was selling my old car privately. Bradley was very patient over a 2 week period and on completion the car was superbly presented. Their stock of cars is impressive and their premises relaxing and conducive to having a chat about the overall process. I would have no hesitation of using them again and would highly recommend them.
I recently bought my new Mini Cooper Sport from North Down motors and had an amazing experience. Bradley was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. The service was outstanding from start to finish from the condition and presentation of the vehicle to ensuring everything was sorted before pickup. Communication was excellent, and I felt genuinely looked after as a customer. Picking up the car was a great experience, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend North Down motors.
I had a very disappointing experience with North Down Motors. Shortly after purchasing the car, a number of issues became apparent, including worn tyres, peeling alloys, and ongoing mechanical problems. What was most frustrating was having to return the car multiple times, only to be assured each time that the issues had been fixed when they clearly hadn’t. The lack of transparency was also concerning — the car came with no service history, which should have been a red flag from the start. On top of that, no courtesy car was ever provided, which made an already frustrating situation even more inconvenient. Overall, the experience was stressful and time-consuming. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
