Prestige Marques used cars in Ballynahinch

I recent purchased a car from Prestige Marques and traded in my old one, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience, start to finish. Thomas was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to get me the best price for my trade-in and made the whole process effortless. My new car was presented in pristine condition with a perfect valet inside and out. Everything was smooth, professional and handled with great patience, even when I had a lot of questions! Highly recommend.

Just recently purchased my Q3 from Prestige Marques and could not be happier with the level of service I received from Maurice and Greg. Both men were super friendly and accommodating and made the transaction super simple. I could spent more time talking to them it was that laid back. Once my partner needs a new car I know were I will be heading first and likewise for myself.

Superb buying experience !! After 16 years of company car ownership I sought advice on the best Audi guys in NI and was recommended Prestige. From the first phone call through to collection of vehicle and after care this fantastic family company have exceeded my expectations. Ably led by Maurice, Greg was a great source of advice and knowledge. The pride he took on showing my superbly presented and detailed car gave me huge confidence, Which after 4 months of ownership, has been richly deserved. It's hard to believe this is a second hand car - I prefer Greg's terminology..." It's like a new Audi only better". The icing on the cake was that this was a hugely enjoyable buying experience which I look forward to having again with Greg and Prestige. Their ability to source and deliver combined with their excellent customer service equals five out of five stars !!!

1st class service! Was put at ease and was under no pressure when looking at cars after a horrific accident. Plenty of knowledge on models and specs. Car deal turned around in 2 weeks. Very efficient, reliable friendly service. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from prestige and it won't be the last!

The nicest people, bar none! Went over and above to help us out with my daughter's Audi TT. Would absolutely recommend and i would definitely be a future customer myself. Thanks again guys!
