R Henry Car Sales used cars in Newtownards

I recently bought my car through Richard and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. He was very easy-going, informative, and never once made me feel pressured or pushed into anything. Nothing was ever a problem, even when I asked for a few top-ups before collecting the car — he was more than happy to help. Richard kept me informed throughout and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend Richard if you’re looking for great customer service and a smooth buying experience!

I saw a car online and got in touch with Richard — from that point on, the service was outstanding. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, ensuring the car was fully serviced and that any exterior issues were taken care of before collection. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the quality of the car. Highly recommend this dealership!

I can 100% recommend Richard - it has been a total pleasure purchasing a car from him ! 😊 he is honest, professional, informed, clear, kind, fair & busy ! The vehicle came with 1 yrs MOT, fully serviced, in showroom condition & a 6 month premium unlimited mileage warranty - our original car was also taken in as part exchange - tough to beat ! 👏🏼

Went to look at a car on Friday, drove away on the Wednesday. 10/10 service, car was immaculate, fully serviced and ready to go. Richard also put a full years MOT on for me before collection so I had the full 12 months. He went above and beyond so I fully recommend purchasing your next car from here!
