I recently bought a new car from this dealership and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward and easy, with no unnecessary hassle or pressure. Nigel, the salesman who assisted me, was especially helpful throughout. He was approachable, and made sure everything was clear at each step. I’m really pleased with the car itself—it's exactly what I was looking for. Nigel took the time to call me a few days later to check how everything was going, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see that level of customer care even after the sale is complete.

Today I arrived alongside my mother at Richard Greer's shop with the keen interest to test drive with the view to potentially buy a Ford Focus that was on sale. As a precursor, I'd just like to mention that I don't ever write reviews or make complaints as I myself work as a supervisor in retail and can understand the difficulties and stresses of working with the general public. Similarly, my mother also works full time as a nurse, however we were both left absolutely flabbergasted and shocked at the rude, dismissive and ultimately disrespectful/ unprofessional behaviour from the older senior salesman who I presume is the owner Richard.
As we arrived and looked around on the courtyard, I approached the man who I assume is the owner to express my interest in the Ford Focus. In hindsight, the fact he was outside and didnt approach the only customers in the yard after minutes of being there should have been a flag. It wasnt an issue as everyone has different styles of sales to which I expressed my interest in the car and hope for a test drive. He handed me the keys to sit in before sorting insurance for test drive. I sat in with my mother and was impressed and quickly went back to the hut to sort a drive. As we entered his office he asked, "Why are you getting a car?", I replied how my previous car was unfortunately a write off due to engine failure and was hoping to get something new. He immediately began questioning if I was actually looking to buy this car and said, "Or are you just here to waste my time? I get plenty of people who come by drive and say by-bye not to be seen again" I was taken aback at the confrontational attitude but I actually felt I had to put him at ease by saying that I had driven an Eco Sport in Lisburn Trust Ford but was aiming at a focus(which was my previous car). I felt like I had to ease HIM by saying how I liked that his car was 1.5 diesel which is now hard to get, etc. and that I'd whittled my options down to this as one of three cars, one being in Omagh but that I was genuine in trying to purchase a car ASAP and that I was not a browser. He shrugged and said, "If you're going to Omagh why did you come here then?" I replied saying that I was nearby and this was one of my options and thought it'd make sense to come here first. "He replied saying, "Well you're talking about Omagh, but I want you to put us first, I want for you to come here only". He was shrugging and came across as not caring and confrontational. He continued, "I mean you can drive if you want but you're just here to dirty my car." I was astounded at his attitude, genuinely speechless. I said, "I feel like you dont want my custom?" He tried to move forward and asked my name in a very reluctant tone, I said, "Liam". I paused as I was still left stunned by this interaction. He said, "And mobile Liam? 07...?" I said, "Do you actually want to sell me a car?" He replied, "I'll have no problem selling that car, don't you worry about that." I replied, " Do you know what, let's just leave it" got up to leave, he quickly and eagerly obliged, "Yes, no problem." I said "Thanks" and left.
The irony is, his ford focus was number 1 on my list due to reasons listed above and if it was a nice drive I would have purchased the car outright on the same day or day following. However, due to the owners contemptuous, rude and confrontational behaviour we never got that far. The best car wasn't worth dealing with such an unsavoury individual. If you look throughout the mostly clearly padded, manufactured reviews you will find similar experiences from other visitors/ customers. To any potential customer I highly recommend to avoid this dealearship. As someone who works in customer service for a living, how the man can work in sales is beyond me. I understand that it is a business but not only was there not even a modecom of customer service, respect or welcome but worse yet, I left feeling judged, interogated and accosted.
