Recently bought a car from David at Roy Hanna Motors. I have to say it was the best experience I have had in relation to buying a car in a long time. No pressure or hard selling from David. He was very easy to deal with and any issues I had with the car after a test drive were dealt with before I completed the deal. I also had to deal with Johnny in the service department, to iron out a few after sales issues. Johnny was always available when I rang and kept me updated in relation to ordering parts etc. Everything was resolved quite quickly and at no extra cost to me. I have no issue in recommending Roy Hanna Motors and they will be my first port of call when I’m buying again. They treated me really well compared to some of the bigger franchises that I have used in the past. Great job and thanks again.
Purchased Audi A6 earlier this year after taking plenty of time to consider it with no pressure from anyone and allowed to take it for a solo test drive. The purchasing experience from start to finish was courteous and professional, with David being very helpful with any information requested. The after sales was also without fault as I had a slight issue with the car a few months later which was dealt with promptly and efficiently with a mechanic even staying behind past normal hours to see to the repairs. David, Mark and Johnny were all extremely friendly and helpful and ensured a great service both in buying the car and repairing/servicing.
