Excellent service provided by Robbie from start to finish even picked me up from Belfast airport. Very friendly people would highly recommend top class range of cars. Thank you
Really friendly bunch of guys with a lot of quality stock. Haven’t made a purchase yet but if something I wanted was in stock I’d use in a heartbeat.
I purchased a fabulous E Class Mercedes recently. Robbie was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional to deal with and helped me with the process and all the documentation for VRT. Great team to deal with. Well done.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Bought a car here 2 years ago and had my local mechanic service it since. Oil change light came on recently and I contacted Suzuki to be advised that only an approved dealership has the tool required to reset the oil change light. I contacted Philip (owner of the company) for some advice and guidance on the matter, and to see if he could reset the service light for me if I could produce my stamped service book and he quite frankly threw his head up and told me I should have been going back to him to have my car serviced. When I told him that I wasn’t advised of this on buying the car from him he became irate and Told me that he couldn’t be expected to know this about every car that he sells and ended up just hanging up on me. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Avoid, no customer value or customer care after purchase is made, unfortunately, after the positive impression I had had while purchasing and the positive review I made here, I have to amend it because of customer ignorance I found after I received my car.
