Suitor Autos used cars in Moneyreagh

I just recently bought a van and I have to say Suitors were just fantastic from start to finish. They made it so easy for me in every way and delivered exactly what they said they would. Ricky in particular has been nothing up helpful and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone to buy from Suitors!

Just recently bought my car from Suitors, the staff are amazing! I would 100% buy from here again and highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my car repaired at Suitor Auto Fix, and I am beyond impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Not only did they handle the repair with incredible skill, but the level of care they put into the entire process was evident. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely pristine—like new! The bodywork was flawless, and the attention to detail was exceptional. What really stood out was how thoroughly clean the car was, both inside and out, as though they'd gone above and beyond with a full valet. It's rare to find a place that delivers both excellent repairs and such thoughtful customer service. I can't recommend Suitor Auto Fix enough—if you're looking for expert repairs and a team that truly cares about your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Car got some heavy damage. Insurance company assigned Suitor Autos. Very prompt at getting car ready. When they took it for a test drive they found a few faults. Ricky was in regular contact all the way through. My car has been brought back to driving like new. A few expensive things turbo, dpf amongst a few other things. Brilliant service every item counted on bill (which is rare now) Thanks again Ricky.

Would not recommend. Hopefully someone googling them will see this review and end up looking elsewhere. Final bill ended up WAY over quote. I got a quote for work for repair to a drivers door and was told the price would be 850-900 pound, but wouldn't exceed 1000 and the work would take 3 days. I supplied the spare door and informed suitors that it wasn't perfect, and this was taken on board for original quote. I left the car in on Monday, had heard nothing by Friday afternoon so I reached out to discover it was going to stretch into the next week, no mention of additional costs. On the following Wed I got a text to say the car was ready and the price was £1475!!! I asked why the %55+ increase to be told it took 6.5 additional hours than was quoted for. There was no communication about this, or explaining with the bill...just thats the cost. Had I though the price was going to be this high, I'd have gone elsewhere...I came here on recommendation of a friend who had work done before. Needless to say I'll not be back. No communication, no transparency, delays and a rip off.
