I Just purchased a car from TCS auto, John was excellent from start to finish Would highly recommend buying a car from him nothing was a bother took time and explained whole process, no hard sales pitch to sell a car Compared to past experience of car salesmen. when I collected the car John and Eugene both made the purchase of my car an easy enjoyable experience thank you lads.
We got a wee car from John last year. He couldn't have been more helpful. I was wary as we had had a bad experience trying to buy a wee a car from a man a few weeks before but John put my mind at rest straight away. The car looked brand new. There was a tiny scratch on it, but he sent it off to get repaired before we lifted the car. He also changed the timing belt before purchase. Its like a new car, even though it's 8 years old, absolutely spotless. John gave me the impression that's how all his cars go out. He helped sort everything out with the VRT, NCT and really couldn't have done more for us. A wee light came on after we had it a couple of months, and John met my son at a garage in Newton the next day, where he dropped his car off. John then proceeded to drive my son to Letterkenny for college and picked him up again, the following day and brought him back to Newton for his car. The very very minor issue was sorted and the car has been going 100%. You couldn't beat that for service. We have been on the lookout for another wee car and I went to John first, who has been flat out trying to get us exactly what we are looking for. This man is a wee star and 100% trustworthy. I would highly recommend him if you're on the lookout for a new car. Thank you John!
