Vehicle details
Have the vehicle registration number or trailer ID number ready.

Access to your email
DVA sends a six-digit authentication code to the email used for the booking. The code is valid for 20 minutes.

Change date, time or centre
Open the existing booking and check the currently available alternatives through DVA.
Cancel the appointment
If you cannot attend, cancel through the official service rather than simply missing the appointment.
View your booking
Check your existing appointment details using the same secure DVA booking-management service.
