DVA says theory-test appointments can be changed or cancelled with three clear working days' notice. This tool gives a weekday estimate and flags the bank-holiday limitation.

Do not rely on this calculator alone near a holiday. It follows DVA's example that a Friday test must be cancelled by the previous Monday, excluding weekends, but cannot know every special NI bank/public holiday. Your appointment notice states the actual last day to change or cancel.
