Which main route leads from Coleraine to Derry through Limavady?

The A2 is the main road reference for the Coleraine–Limavady–Derry side of the northwest.

TrafficWatchNI lists camera locations along this corridor including Ballykelly, Strand Road and other Derry approaches. Use the A2 when the coastal-side corridor fits your journey, rather than automatically following the inland A6 by way of Maghera. For an airport journey, set City of Derry Airport as the final destination and check the A2 approach rather than Derry’s city centre.
