Breath, blood and urine offences

NI guidance lists 50 08 126 for excess alcohol in breath, 50 08 129 for blood and 50 08 132 for urine.

The penalty-point table lists three to eleven points. Drink-driving offences can also lead to an obligatory driving ban, so points are not the only possible consequence.

ENDORSEMENT

An 11-year endorsement

These offences remain on the driving record for 11 years from the date of conviction.
