Official Northern Ireland licence guidance lists three to six penalty points for failing to notify DVA of the onset or deterioration of a relevant or prospective disability.

FINE

Fine of up to £1,000

The published maximum fine is £1,000.

DVA

Notification should not wait until renewal

If a relevant medical condition begins or gets worse, DVA guidance says it should be reported rather than waiting for the next licence renewal.
