Local car park, route and access details
The council lists Carlisle Road as a relatively small car park with 22 spaces, one disabled bay and two Type 2 22kW charge points. This contrasts with Bishop Street, which has 158 spaces but the same published hourly parking price. The council’s charged-hours table does not tell you whether a particular bay is vacant when you arrive.
What to check before travelling
If paying by phone, select 50157 rather than a different Derry car park code. Make sure the correct registration is attached to the payment and check the street or entrance signage for any additional conditions. EV charge-point availability and charging fees, where applicable, are separate from the parking tariff.
